Apple seems to have finally made its support channel on YouTube official where it has uploaded a series of videos highlighting various tips and tricks for iPhone and iPad. The company aims to help new users in getting the most out of their new iPhone or iPad with this move.
Apple seems to have created the channel almost four months ago and uploaded a few videos back then. However, the channel had primarily remained dormant since then with intermittent activity from Apple once every month. The Cupertino company uploaded a bunch of videos again last night which range from using the dock on iOS 11 on your iPad to taking a screenshot, deleting call history, changing wallpapers, and more.
YouTube videos will allow Apple’s support staff to better help affected customers remotely who struggle to grasp how technology works. Apple already runs a support account on Twitter (@AppleSupport) through which it helps thousands of its users almost every day.
